Office Bearers/Staff that they will not be responsible or liable for any ligation dispute/claim arising out of the allotment of membership or any human error while allotting membership. 2] l/We will abide by all the rules and regulations of the association implemented/amended from time to time. In case/We do not abide by the rules and regulations of the Association. IFMA is free to take disciplinary action against me/us. 3] I/We agree that the submission of the membership application shall be taken as conclusive proof of my/our assent to the provision of the rules and regulations of the Association by IFMA office. 4] IFMA shall not be responsible for liable in anyway including all expenses of any court cases or any matter and it will be my/our duty to protect IFMA at our cost and consequences from any litigation. 5] I/We agree that all dispute matters will be at Hyderabad jurisdiction. 1.Memberships are applied online. There will be no refunds for banner registration and title registration, membership cards also artist card 2. As far as Indian Film Makers Association is concerned, there will be no refunds for any digital payments. 3. For those who want to become members and buy movies, there is no refund for any transaction done on the website. 4. There is no refund even for those who apply for film distribution. 5.   When you make a donation under Section 80G to Indian film makers association, you can claim a tax deduction on the donated amount. This reduces your overall taxable income, and you end up paying less in income tax. We are registered under Section 12A (a) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the Indian Trusts Act, 1882.

• Make a donation online through this website all membership types consider as a donation.
• Indian film makers association will provide you with a tax-exempt certificate after the donation is made (by 31st May of the next financial year)
• Use the provided certificate when filing your income tax return to claim the tax deduction under Section 80G
