2. We are fully aware that Indian Film Makers Association the mother body of Indian film makers co- operative society limited (IFMA) is duly authorised to approve/ reject/ keep pending titles of Films/ TV Shows/ Web Series and other formats to the applicant member Producers apart from providing Grievances Solution and Publicity Clearance of films at the time of Censor.

Before submitting our application for grant of title/s, we assure that we have read the rules and regulations of Title Registration Committee and hereby make a solemn pledge that Memorandum and Articles of Indian Film Makers Association are binding on us and in case of any problem, we will directly address to Indian Film Makers Association and will never defy the guidelines of Indian Film Makers Association amended from time to time

3. We submit herewith remittance of Rs. 1000 *Only Online Payment being the fee for registration of the above title/s in our favour plus GST applicable at the time of registration.
4. It is clearly understood by us that :

(a) The acceptance of this application and fees does not guarantee the allotment of the title/s as applied for. We understand that the title/s will be registered in our favour subject to final clearance from the Title Registration Committee.

(b) We will not announce, publish or exploit the above title/s in any manner whatsoever until the grant of the title/s in our favour is confirmed in writing.

(c) The above title/s, if allotted in our favour, will be valid for one year only from the date of its registration.

(d) We are fully aware that we have to use uniform lettering, i.e., lettering of equal size in all the words of our title/s, if allotted in our favour.

(e) We are fully aware that the title/s, if allotted, will be for our exclusive use only and we shall have no rights whatsoever to either transfer the same or allow anyone else to use the said title/s. In case we do not require the approved title/s, we will directly surrender the title/s to IFMA with a copy to Indian Film Makers Association.

(f) I/We undertake and assure the Hon. Office Bearers of Indian Film Makers Association that we will instruct our Publicity Relations Team, Artistes, Technicians, Publicity Designers, Editors of the film to quote the title in its totality to avoid any confusion while giving interviews, during promotions, printing of publicity and making of promos.

(g) In case if we fail to renew the title/s with prescribed renewal fees before the expiry date and/or if you do not receive any communication from us for renewal of the title on or before the date of expiry, then you may presume that we are no more interested in the renewal of the above title/s and you will absolutely be free to allot the above title/s in favour of any other applicant as per your discretion.

(h) I/We understand that the above title/s is/are being registered with you in order to facilitate us by mutual arrangements amongst film fraternity. We also understand that you have no legal liability or responsibility upon the said registration of titles. We hereby undertake that we shall indemnify Indian Film Makers Association and its Hon. Office Bearers for any legal consequences on a stamp paper of Rs. 500/- duly notarized if required.

(i) I/We irrevocably undertake that if we are granted title/s for our use, we will not indulge in trading of titles to make monetary gain. In case, we are proved offenders by Indian Film Makers Association, we shall be ready for disciplinary action against us by Disciplinary Committee of IFMA.

(j) I/We are fully aware that if the title applied by us is found to be in waiting, we will apply for the refund of money or adjustment with other title.

(k) We are aware that Title Registration process takes minimum 3 months.

(l) I/We Indemnify Indian Film Makers Association/ Hon. Office Bearers/ Staff that they will not be held responsible and liable for any dispute/ claim arisen out of the allotment of the applied title/s if the applied titles are already registered in favour of anybody else or registered under Trademark or any human error occurs while allotting titles.

(m) I/We fully understand the above clauses and will abide by all the said clauses. The submission of the application shall be taken by IFMA as conclusive proof of our assent to the provisions of the rules and regulations of Title Registration Committee of Indian Film Makers Association. In case, we do not abide by the rules and regulations of TRC, you are free to take disciplinary action against us

(n) I/We further irrevocably undertake that if any title registered by IFMA is cancelled by CBFC or any other action regarding the title is taken by CBFC or any other organization/ association/ government any other statutory body, IFMA shall not be responsible or liable in anyway including all expenses of any Court cases and other litigation in the matter of title. It shall be our responsibility and our duty to protect IFMA at our cost & consequences from any such litigation.

(o) I/We are fully aware that Indian Film Makers Association, all its Sub Committees and Affiliates shall be governed by the laws of India. Any matter unsolved by Indian Film Makers Association shall have the jurisdiction at Hyderabad Courts only.
